Since it may be hard to see the dog head on the the light blue bird and the tiny figurine here is a close-up view.
Here is a close-up showing some visual texture in the bottom part of the panel and the title. The color areas are made from acrylic painted tissue paper glued to the MDF panel then sanded to rough things up a bit.

Here is something different that I'm just about finished with. I'm thinking about making it part of a new sub series of the Walkways series. Or I may change the title and add it to it's own series.
I came upon this lovely scene when I was out walking along 500 South between 300 & 400 East here in Salt Lake City this past wet wintry April.
Some of the golden dry hills above Bakersfield, California along Hwy 58. I wanted to try a more angular and flat approach with this one and not add any visual textures. 3243 x 2050

This is from a hike I took part way along the Point Buchon Trail in July of 2022. This trail is on PG&E land and is full of spectacular scenes.
